Please Take Note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible to return the item(s) prepaid. In addition, credit is not given for lost returned packages. When returning an item we strongly advise using a traceable shipping method since we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Returns are easy . Simply email our customer service department. In the email include your name, order number, items you'll be returning and reason for return. A customer service representative will email you within 24 hours. All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Condition: uninstalled or/and in original packaging. Special ordered items are not returnable. Returns must be made within 14 days after your purchase. Is there a restocking fee?

Yes ! All items that are shipped and have been returned for whatever reason are considered returned items and are subject to the 10% restocking fee.
Your account will be credited for the price of your purchase minus shipping and handling charges.
You will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

How Do I Return or Exchange a Product

Returns are easy . Simply email our customer service department. In the email include your name, order number, items you'll be returning and reason for return. A customer service representative will email you within 24 hours. Items must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. Special ordered items are not returnable. Returns must be made within 30 days for your purchase. One you receive the customer service confirmation email simply ship the order back to the address below.
Orders returned with out an RGA number will be not be processed.

How much time does the customer have to make a return?:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
Please return the goods well packaged using a “signed for” insured Postal service.  No refund will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by customer.
And it is also the duty of the customer to properly label the parcel as a return. Properly labeling the parcel as a return is very important, because failure to do so will might result in import taxes having to be paid, and these are at the customers expense.

Your package is damaged during shipping !

We must be notified of damage to a package on delivery within 3 business days in order to file the insurance claim.
Please note that insurance claims can take 2-8 weeks to process.
In some cases we can expedite the process, but in most cases, it takes that much time to determine fault and get reimbursed by the insurance company so please be patient as we are working very hard to get any claim filed and paid as quickly as possible.
We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

You will not be charged for postage twice if a product arrives damaged and requires replacement.
Please provide as much detail as possible. Make also pictures of the package. We will work quickly to replace the damaged merchandise. Save the product and packaging and wait for further instructions.
Please don't simply return it - we need to process a claim with the shipping carrier first.
