Therefore we ship with POSTNL as we have found they have the best consistency and quality of service. We always ship with standard insurance, where possible.The costs of shipping are very clear and exactly the amount POSTNL is charging us for shipping it with priority to the place you want.

  • We ship all our products with Dutch POSTNL Services. Option to ship with insurance.
  • insurance of up to €500 or €5500 (based on the purchase price stated on the invoice, excluding VAT).

    If a parcel can not be delivered and is returned to us because of inaccurate or wrong shipping information, or because the customer has failed to provide all necessary information require for delivery, we will ship the parcel again at the customers expense, payable upfront.

    Delivery & Shipping duration.

    • Our aim is to ship out items in one business day, affter receiving cleared payment.
    • We ship on weekdays and also on Saturday.
    • Parcels are delivered to the recipient's address. The recipient can collect the package at the Post Office.
    • If the parcel is undeliverable and returned. You will be liable for the return cost and any additional postage. You will be given the option to add additional delivery addresses to avoid this happening again.
